The white dinner is the culinary gala showpiece of Bici Gusti. Taking place Sunday night, the distinguished chefs combine their talents to deliver a beautiful four course meal in the Cabana tent.

Theme: For the 4th annual Bici Gusti Whistler, we’ve gone back to our roots. Bici Gusti was founded on the principles of local, and so we’ve chosen to celebrate the ‘Best of BC’ in the menus throughout the weekend.

For the Sunday night gala Dîner en Blanc, come dressed in white! Any creative nods to BC will go down well too.

In addition, you’ll hear from our guests of honour alongside photos from the weekend and plenty of toasts all-round.
