Enjoy daily guided rides in intimate groups at the speed and distance of your choice. We’ll all meet up for poolside tapas and drinks post-ride, and there’s a considered balance of organised evening social activities with opportunities to explore the beauty and culture of Girona on your own time. On Friday, join your new close friends for cocktails together as we celebrate the week and tell stories of our adventures before a farewell dinner.

Flights
Girona is well served by the nearby main Barcelona El Prat Airport (BCN). Driving time from BCN is approximately 40 minutes. BCN also enjoys multiple connections with many major Western European cities, with conveniently short stopovers available when travelling from North America. We recommend using Skyscanner for finding the best flights.
Travel Insurance
The tour price does not include travel insurance. We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance, covering trip interruption and cancellation, baggage, medical, accident/life, evacuation, repatriation and other expenses which might arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, delay or inconvenience occurring to you.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by you
We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance, including trip cancellation/interruption insurance. A partial refund of two-thirds of the registration fee is available until March 2nd, 2020. No refunds available after March 2, 2020. The processing fees that are paid upon registration are non-refundable and there is a $150 administration fee that is associated with the request. Cancellations by us
Although we are excited to take you to Girona at the Hotel Nord 1901, we reserve the right to cancel the trip prior to departure due to any reason. We will give at least 30 days of notice prior to departure if the trip is cancelled. In the rare event of this scenario, we will fully refund the entry fee into Bici Gusti Gourmet Ride Girona. If you choose, we will alternatively coordinate your stay for you at the Hotel Nord minus the Bici Gusti Ride elements, but nonetheless an immersive experience into Catalan cycling.

Your 6 night cycling experience starts now. You registration fees includes accommodation, select meals and support once you check-in to the Hotel Nord 1901’s Studios or Apartments.

Accommodations in a 65m2 apartment with a shared bed for two people. The apartment includes a kitchen, laundry facilities, small living room with a pullout couch and private bathroom. $3500 per person, based on two people sharing.
For cyclists wanting their own apartment, they can purchase a Single Occupancy Upgrade for $650
Two Bedroom Apartment (7 available)
Accommodations for two in a 120m2 two-bedroom apartment. The apartment includes separate rooms, kitchen, laundry facilities, small living room with a pullout couch and two bathrooms. $3650 based on one person per bedroom.
